THE CORRELATION BETWEEN
STUDENT ATTITUDE AND THEIR ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE IN PHYSICS IN SECONDARY SCHOOLS
ABSTRACT
This project work look at the correlation between
student attitude and their academic performance in physics in secondary school
a case study of Akoko South West local government area of Ondo state.
My findings revealed that the
behavior of students towards their academic performances in physics is poor.
The examination results and their continuous assessment confirms their
classical theory of their negative and
non- challant attitude between behavior and their academic performances.
Various suggestions and recommendations
were made for this project for the encouragement of positive behavior of
student in physics to develop interest and promote physics in Akoko South West
Local Government area of Ondo state.
